Porcelain veneers
These are one of the most aesthetically pleasing restorations used in creating a more beautiful smile through restorative dentistry. Veneers consist of thin shells made from porcelain, which are custom fitted and then bonded to the tooth (they can be thought of as similar to an “artificial fingernail”). Veneers can be made of various types of porcelain, which are all dependent upon the thickness required. For instance, lumineers (a brand of thin veneers), require very little preparation. The most important element of veneers is that they appear natural and patients enjoy the benefits of this restorative dentistry modality whether for improved health and/or esthetics for many years.
Chair side composite veneers
Composite filling material that is bonded to teeth to enhance shape and color and can be achieved as quickly as one visit.
Lumineers
Lumineers are very thinly-shaped porcelain that is bonded to your tooth. The fact that they are very thin allows us to minimize the preparation of the tooth to create beautiful transformations of your teeth. Due to the fact that there is minimal preparation, there is often little to no discomfort in this procedure, and it often requires only 1-2 visits. Dr. Jarwa is certified luminar provider, so give us a call today to see if lumineers will work for your smile.
